SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE JOB

 

  • Prepares as-built drawings, engineering drawings comprised of basic arrangements, layouts, flowsheets, assemblies, isometrics, etc. from rough sketches or from general engineering and design information.
  • Performs dimensional and routine calculations required for the preparation of drawings.
  • Draws conventional, moderately complex and complex details on drawings.
  • Makes adjustments or changes to drawings as directed during advanced planning stages and actual construction.
  • Liaises with Engineers.
  • Completes additional duties as assigned.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Civil Engineering- Degree or Diploma required
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in designing wet and dry utilities for road projects in the Middle East region                                   e.g. design of drainage, potable water supply, sewage, street lighting, electrical, and communication systems.
  • Fully proficient in utilizing Autocad and Civil 3D.
  • Preferably with relevant experience in Qatar or the Middle East region.
