Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet visitors.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meeting
- Collate and distribute mail
- Prepare communications , such as memos, emails , invoices , reports & other correspondence.
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports & Instructional Documents
- Create and maintain filling systems , both electronic & Physical
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Organizational Skills and ability to multitask
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems
