Positions:
MEP Coordinates ( Building Services)
BE in Mech / Elec Engg. with 10-12 years of experience including 5-7 years in the Gulf in coordinating plumbing / electrical / HVAC of services for multi storied buildings , hotels and commercial complexes of Dhs. 300 million or above.
Technical Coordinator
Graduate in civil engineering with 10-15 years experience as technical head and 5-7 years experience as coordinator.
Should have adequate experience in coordination of all civil works.
Should be able to coordinate with the architectural , structural and MEP drawings.
Efficient implement consultant requirements along with the execution team.
Review the design modification during the construction stage and assist the project manager to review the cost and time impact.
Subcontract Coordinator:
Graduate degree in civil engineering with 8-10 years experience including 4 years in the gulf and coordination with the UAE /Gulf region.
Should have handled HSE functions of large building construction projects including liaison with local government authorities.
