HR Administrative Assistant
Job Description :
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and timekeeping.
- Assist with payroll and staffs benefits role and responsibilities
- Receiving , reviewing and preparing staff requests including preparation of letters for management approval.
- Processes monthly payroll and coordinates with Finance/Payroll department , ensuring all relevant data are processed in a timely manner.
Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience as an HR executive or in any similar role.
- Knowledge of relevant HR policies and rules.
- Excellent communication , organization , and problem- solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Maintain accurate recording of employee attendance and timekeeping.
- Assist with payroll and staff benefits.
