HR/ PAYROLL OFFICER
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration , or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in HR and payroll
- Proficiency in payroll processing, labor laws, making SIF files, and WPS.
- Process and Manage end-to end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee inquires related to payroll, deductions and benefits
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional mathematical skills
- Good organizational and time management skills.
