Candidate should have post graduate qualifications and 15-20 years. Total experience ( 10-12 years in UAE/ Gulf ) and 3-5 years as Planning Manager in a reputed organization.
Experience in planning of Multi storeyed tower projects and able prepare Baseline Programs in Primaveral P6 V22 with resource and cost loading.
Prepare recovery and mitigation schedules and monitor subcontractor schedules.
Good Knowledge of Civil , MEP and all subcontract works.
Expertise in preparation of claims for extension of time including time slice Windows Analysis / TIA. Proven experience to present and substantiate the claims for EOT with the Employer /Engieer.
